Nicolas Weaver is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Live Oak Partners. He is actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s strategic and investment objectives, including being responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments and the firm’s day-to-day activities.

Prior to Live Oak, Nicolas spent two and a half years as an Investment Banking Associate at ICG Capital Securities, a lower middle-market investment banking boutique focusing on sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory across all industries. While at ICG, Nicolas worked on all aspects of transactions, from beginning to completion. Before his tenure at ICG, Nicolas worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for Davidson Capital Advisors.

In addition to Nicolas’ on-the-job experience, he currently holds his SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 FINRA licensures and is pursuing his Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Nicolas earned his BA in Business Administration with a Finance Emphasis, magna cum laude, from Lander University. At Lander, Nicolas was a part of the Lander University Honor College, a Varsity Baseball Letterman, and held the role of President for the Lander Professional Business Society and the Blue Key Honor Society: Lander Chapter.
