Brock Baldwin is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Live Oak Partners. He is actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s strategic and investment objectives, including being responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments and the firm’s day-to-day activities.

Brock has ultimately spent his entire professional career assisting entrepreneurs in realizing their personal and professional goals and objectives through high finance. Before co-founding Live Oak Partners, Brock served as Vice President of ICG Capital Securities for over six years and on over 60 transactions. While at ICG, he primarily represented buyers and sellers of companies in the middle market (transactions ranging in value from $5.00M to $150.00M across numerous sectors). In addition to buy-side and sell-side representation, Brock placed private debt and equity securities for middle-market companies involved in growth capital financing, leveraged buyouts, leveraged recapitalization, and corporate restructuring. Prior to ICG, Brock spent three years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Allen C. Ewing& CO.

Brock holds his SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 FINRA licensures.
