Initial Steps

We invest heavily in upfront due diligence to ensure that an opportunity is one Live Oak and our partners want to invest in and to prioritize the importance of management's time and efforts.

What to expect before closing

Management can expect an industry-standard 60-day confirmatory due diligence period and to work hand-in-hand with Live Oak to formulate short-term and long-term growth initiatives.

What to expect after closing

Management and Live Oak will work together to implement the established growth initiatives, and Live Oak will provide as-needed support to the day-to-day operations of the Management Team.
