Scott Dill is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Live Oak Partners. He is actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s strategic and investment objectives, including being responsible for identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities and working closely with the senior management teams of portfolio companies to execute strategic growth initiatives.

Scott is the embodiment of a true entrepreneur and inspiring leader. A visionary with more positive energy than the average person, he strategically and definitively set the direction of the company he founded in 1996. As the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Scott was responsible for company-wide operations. In 2019, Scott successfully underwent a majority recapitalization of the company to a private equity partner. While under new ownership, Scott maintained his role as CEO of the company and was accountable to the Board of Directors.

Additionally, Scott is a successful former franchisor and enjoys hunting, golfing, fishing, and surrounding himself with family and friends.
