As a Relationship Leader, Adam works with the owners of companies to boost profitability, increase cash flow via capital structure, and decrease personal and corporate income tax expenses through an aggressive and thorough knowledge of the tax code. He also assists in managing and avoiding business and legal risks. Adam specializes in goal setting, benchmarking, business valuations, succession planning, tax consulting, and creating and managing key performance indicators.

Before co-founding his accounting firm in 2006, Adam spent over eight years at Ernst & Young, leaving EY as a Senior Manager and leader in the firm's risk advisory practice. With over 20 years of public accounting experience, Adam has expertise in several industries, including banking, finance, insurance, technology, and professional services.
